Louella lives on the edges of a forest full of unicorns. She loves collecting shells from the stream with her own unicorn, Norrie, whose magical beams of light protect Louella from her fear of the dark. But when Louella takes a class trip into the forest and Norrie is nowhere to be seen, it’s up to Louella to face her fears and save her friend.
