Nova is a genius scientist, bursting like a supernova with knowledge. Her newest invention – a plastic-eating monster – could stop pollution for good. But when it starts running riot through the city, it’ll take determination, courage, and smarts to save the day. That is to say: it’ll take a supernova.

Chanté Timothy is an illustrator who loves experimenting with movement, vibrant colour, character design and storytelling. Drawing for as long as she can remember, she’s always been that strange kid who’d ask for paper and pen to entertain herself instead of playing with toys. The one thing she enjoys most about being an illustrator is the wide variety of subject matters you learn about on the job, you’d think most of the studying would be left at school but Chanté often finds herself learning new facts and interesting concepts from given briefs.
