Calling all budding authors!! join us for a fascinating insight into the world of writing, Birmingham based prize wining author Kereen Getten will be talking about her collection of books, When Life Gives you Mangoes, If This You Read and her latest The Case of The Lighthouse Intruder.

Kereen Getten grew up in Jamaica where she would climb fruit trees in the family garden and eat as much mango, guinep and pear as she could without being caught. She now lives in Birmingham with her family and writes stories about her childhood experiences.

Aimed at children aged 7+ Tickets are £5 per person, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult, but accompanying adults don’t need to purchase a ticket.

Ticket price can be redeemed against the cost of Kereen Gettens books at the event.
