How brave is the wren ships worldwide using Royal Mail services. Prices are calculated according to total order weight / dimensions. We offer first or second class Royal Mail or Royal Mail International Standard options.

Orders placed by 5pm will be packaged and popped in the post the following day. We aim to have your order with you within 3 working days. If you require your parcel more urgently, please email us at hello@howbraveisthewren.com and we will see what we can do.

If you haven’t received your parcel and are worried it has been lost please contact us on the email address above or by phone on 0121 702 2982.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your lovely books, but we understand that sometimes things don’t always work out the way we want:

Faulty Items
We will do everything possible to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition, but should this not be the case you have 30 days from receiving the item to tell us about the fault, please send us an email hello@howbraveisthewren.com to let us know and the reason for returning it. All returns should be sent to the postal address detailed in the footer below, once we have received the item we will reimburse you or provide you with alternative depending on your preference. If an item is faulty we will refund the postage costs.

Items not wanted
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered that’s fine we all make decisions we regret! you have 14 days from receiving the item to inform us, please email us at hello@howbraveisthewren.com  after emailing us you have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us, please send to the postal address detailed in the footer below. On receipt of the returned item we will issue your refund. We’re sorry but on items not wanted we cannot refund postage costs and you are responsible for paying the correct return postage. Please make sure that the item is not used, no sticky finger marks please 🙂
